Par boiled and then cooked in the oven?...bit like roasties?
Never heard of cooking chips like that...tell us more!!
I do it like that as well.
Cut into chips, par boil, toss in tiny bit of vegetable oil and a good sprinkling of celery salt. In very hot oven 10 mins, turn, then another 10 mins. Have with what ever you normally have ( if that's anything other than salt & vinegar, then you're just wrong )
