Cut into chips, par boil, toss in tiny bit of vegetable oil and a good sprinkling of celery salt. In very hot oven 10 mins, turn, then another 10 mins. Have with what ever you normally have ( if that's anything other than salt & vinegar, then you're just wrong )

Just had sweet potato chips and they are soggy, any idea how they can be cooked to make them crispit may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

This time of year I am using Lady C that has been left in the ground to grow on for my chippers and bakers. Later it will be main crop Picasso.
As to the cooking medium I love to go old fashioned and occasionally use beef dripping but SWMBO gives me a hard time..............Potty by name Potty by nature.
