    Welcome to the vine Ryaodeo
I don't know a lot about grow lights. I have one (can't remember what it is), but I don't know much about them.
A little more information would help others advise you better. Like your location, your growing technique, and why you want grow lights for strawberries & pumpkins.

To be fair the last bit is just me being nosey

Welcome to the vine Ryaodeo, I bought from ebay

£ 9.99 Philips Tornado 42W or 60W E27 Edison Cool White Spiral Energy Saving Light Bulb
£ 9.95 Daylight 6500k Spiral SAD 42w Day Light E27 Low Energy Bulb Hydroponics Lamp

As they were a reasonable and both 42W played about with the fittings a little you can see that and the LED Panel and portable grow stations I made at Alans Allotment: Grow Stations

600W sounds powerful enough, are you planting the pumpkin outside when the plant grows over a meter long or keeping them under the light forever making a little indoor forest area? You can make reflective housing to reflect the light.
