no dig brassicas

showing my ignorance here, but my understanding of no dig is essentially loose frangible soil. everything I have read about brassicas says well firmed beds.

am I missing something, maybe well firmed spot planting in an otherwise loose bed?

Yes you're right,plant them in the 'loose bed' that hasn't been dug but firm them in well,push more soil in to surround the plant & press it all down so those plants aren't going to move. You can do this in a no dig bed or not,it's a different action.

From experience my no dig beds are firmer than dug beds
