Rocket has bolted!

Can you still eat rocket that has bolted?

Silly question perhaps, but this is my first year growing rocket.... now it has pretty white flowers.

It'll probably be a bit bitter. However, some people like bitter! Try it. It won't kill you, the worst is you might not like it.

You could eat them with ease ( leaves & flowers ), it is OK, it just that the taste and the smell became a bit stronger than the non bolted one. Sow some more seed to be able to harvest at autumn.
