You could swap seeds into the VSP which opens on 1 November. Full instructions at http://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gra...sts_92164.html

Personally I wouldn't be buying chilli seeds from eb@y. As not all suppliers on their are reputable.
I've seen a lot of people growing cayenne chillies, seeds brought from eb@y believing them to be reaper.

Some eebay suppliers are very reputable. I've used Premier Seeds Direct and Just Seeds without any problems. It's probably better to stick to the ones with shops, or at least check that they have mostly good feedback. But you can get the occasional dud packet from any source, even the big traditional seed companies.

Definitely don't buy any of the multi-coloured mini-melon seeds on the bay. The pics are a mix of cucamelon outsides and photoshopped miniaturaised watermelon insides, and what they send you look like ordinary watermelon seeds.

I should have quite a variety of chilli and pepper seeds when I've finished harvesting them, but I'm more into swapping than selling. And I live outside the UK so that complicates things a little.

Chillies will cross if not isolated so you need to be sure that any harvested chillies have been bagged or isolated from other varieties. It is very disappointing to spend several months growing a plant that doesn't run true.

If the person organising a circle allows people to join from outside the UK. Some do but others don't. The same with the VSPs I think. Maybe I should start my own European seed circle or VSP.
