Broccoli Waltham 29 question

I sowed these mid July to over winter though the floret/heads have started to grow on a few.



First time that I've grown this variety and I thought they would mature next year.

Any advice please

They look good,they'll grow slowly & when big enough you can cut the head floret off,then they start growing side shoots & you can cut them off as you need them over winter.
