I've just dug up this years experiment. I planted one sweet potato slip and I'm pretty pleased with the yield. My questions are:
Some of the tubers snapped when I dug them up, will they scan over or will those not store well now?
You can see from the photo that I have quite a few smaller roots, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch in diameter. Can these be kept and used next year to produce slips? They're a bit small to warrant the cook pot.
