I've grown quite a bit of Yacon both outdoors and indoors. The frost has touched the outdoor stuff and the top leaves are a bit scorched.
Would it be best to dig it up now and harvest the roots before we get a major frost?
I was also wondering whether I could use the pineapple tasting juice/pulp to mix with a load of small chilli's and make a variation of chilli jam?
