Phew, I'm not the only one who had that thought ;-)
Best part of the whole film IMO.

As an optimist I have to point out.. The glass is refillable!

A few of the mixed seeds I scattered the other day have started to germinate. It will be fun trying to work out exactly what's what over the coming days.

How is this coming along for you veggiechicken?

I think the ants stole all my lettuce seeds. It looks like brassicas and radishes are the only things which have survived.

Remember the old seeds I scattered end of October? https://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gr...ml#post1561143

I'm picking salads from them daily now.

Glad I’m not the only one who hates to see seeds go to waste, I’m also terrible at not being able to dispose of seedlings if the seed has grown I have an overwhelming need to plant it somewhere.

Not sure I can get on board with this mixing idea yet though!

Its my little way of rebelling against normality - breaking the rules - working with nature rather than trying to force plants to grow in straight lines - and I'm nuts

I've found an exception to this rule, I've been in the greenhouse for an hour or two tidying and prepping for the new season and removing Rose Bay Willowherb seedlings from the borders.

                            Which "rule" is that, burnie??
Is it the one that says "Never sow willowherb in your GH" rule.
