Have GYO deleted 2 of my posts?

Not sure where to post this but I've started 24 topics in various forums but in my profile I can only see 22 (it actually states 22 of 24 posts with no second page).
Have they been deleted or should I be looking elsewhere for the missing 2?

Like VC suggests above if you know what you posted then there is the search feature.

But as Thelma says below not everything is kept forever

Most forums have an auto-prune system that does delete some posts that are over a certain number of years old. It usually happens to posts in the chatting parts of forums, rather than Q&A threads.

Perhaps this is what has happened to yours?

It doesn't explain how I can see more than twice the number of threads of John's than he can - and I'm not a Mod with special powers

Can you tell us the date of the oldest thread you can find please?

I've had a look and I agree with VC. You seem to have started 60 threads, not 24 and I can't see anywhere where it says 22. Are you perhaps looking on the wrong forum

Anyway 100 posts and 60 threads showing up for me as well. He must have been looking at VCs post count by mistake.
