Me too. I already had quite a few seedlings by this time a year ago. Sowing between Christmas and New Year this time (chinenses), other species in another month or two.

I don't have any time, though. And last year the plants got too big for the lights before it was safe to put them outside.

Propagator n lights out of "Dry Dock" Dusted down n ready to go!

Likewise not yet decided which on my grow list will actually get grown, and having spent most of the day traipsing through "Chilli Threads" on here! (whilst being on call for our lass) my list may change and be added to or emended, still early days! ........

But seriously! I only have a limited amount of space, so am really gunna have to make a decision!

Don't ya just love the horrible cold dark nights!

Hi guys - I've been off line for a bit...

After experimenting with lots of different chili varieties over the years (100+) I've settled on only a few for next year.

                            Jalapenos - a mainstay
                            Cayenne's - a mainstay
Satan's tongue - for a bit of heat.
                            possibly one or two more....

As we now have chickens !! I've devoting more space to sweet peppers for omelettes.

Right! Played with "Nigel" today! .........

And he certainly doesn't want to give up the ghost anytime soon!

But have removed the rest of the ripe pod's, and at last he seems to start wanting to wilt!

Would have thought leaf drop would have started before now!

I'll give him a couple more days Then severely "Hack him back"
