Who knows their onions?

I sowed some seeds back on Oct 31 st ..

Also the Onions in the same pics were sown same date.
I'm keen to hear of other growers progress with onions , will I post on the old thread started by Potty 5 yrs ago or is there,or will there be, a more recent thread..???

I ask the advice of a 'Mod' as after reading the old thread 'Onions from Seed' from start to finish I found it a lengthy process actually locating relevant posts.

I asked if a new thread as a CONTINUATION for 2018 of the very interesting and enlightening one you started 5 years ago, may be a bit more 'user friendly'.

The result was this thread being Born and appearing by Admin not by me .

My first posts here is purely a part extract from one I posted elsewhere here earlier tonight.
