Just sowed the last of my sugar snap peas. This year i will have a full fence length's worth. Haha

Planted out my chitted dwarf bean seeds. Scattered some coriander seeds in the very patchy coriander patch to help it fill up a bit. Put some more dwarf bean seeds to chit on the window sill... oh dear. Somebody stop me

Sown 4 varieties of carrots in buckets today.

Sown in the salad bar. Tuscan mix, frilly leaf mix, peas.
Sown in guttering. Carrot fragrant-ferny-tops, 2 varieties of basil, leaf radish cassis.

Yesterday I sowed sweet candle carrots amongst sugar bon snap peas in a big container. It’s difficult knowing where the peas are when you sow the carrot seed but it doesn’t seem to matter,they find their own space.

Something ate my sweetcorn seedlings on the allotment (they were still in pots and only a few inches tall) so last night I sowed another packet - variety free with garden magazine Sweetcorn 'Golden Bantam'

Might be too late in season, maybe not - we can but try

Sweetcorn is sprouting already so I'll keep it on the living room window for now then move it up to the allotment next week

Still got a few other salad & veg seeds to sow the next couple of days.....I'm SO FAR BEHIND!!!!
