The last of the Red Duke of York and my first ever CFBs.

Courgettes, haricot beans, runner beans and the first of the blackberries

3 courgettes, 2 cucumbers and 1 Armenian cucumber, lots of tomatoes, a mixture of CFBs and, not in the photo, 2 plums and an apple, just to see how ripe they are.

9lb beetroot, 5lb courgettes, and smaller quantities of beans, mangetout and patty pan..
Busy afternoon in the kitchen(!) - just second half of beetroot to go

Swiss chard, perpetual spinach, hanging basket grown tomatoes, courgettes, first aubergine, first blueberries and runner beans.

2 plums and an apple, just to see how ripe they are.

And?............ What's the verdict?

The apple was mouth-puckeringly unripe. Can't understand how the dogs can eat them.
The plums are changing colour (I think) but they're still like pebbles so don't think I'll be tasting them for a few days.
However, I'm eating the cucumbers as I type - who needs lollies when you have cucumbers.

Today's harvest. Peas, mangetout, dwarf French beans, pea beans, runner beans, broccoli, cauliflower, turnip, courgette, spinach and tomatoes.

Another 5 courgettes, broad/french/runner beans, a handful of blackberries, and my first cauliflower this year - at 3oz it’s one of the largest I have grown ever

Tomatoes, a cucumber, peppers, potatoes and the last of the raspberries.

Black cherry toms, Lettuce, radish, raspberries, carrots, purple podded peas and the first of my runner beans.

5 bolted lettuce. My they are bitter once they've turned...

Courgettes, Crookneck squash, Beth Alpha cucumbers, CFBs, tomatoes............a blackberry.

Lettuce, tomatoes, chives, cucumbers, courgettes, summer crookneck, dfb, CFB, amaranth, mangetout, sugarsnap peas, normal peas, rhubarb, Hungarian hot wax, my first ever achocha fat baby, and some deceptively hot Apache chili's.

Didn't seem a lot at the time but everything was eaten today except the rhubarb! If I'd laid it all out for a photo would have looked great
