    • 8 courgettes, 4 cucumbers, a patty pan, handful of beans and mangetout, some blackberries and half a pound of nasturtium pods to add to the vinegar mix I prepared yesterday.

          • blackberries! not a lot, but I only pick the very ripe ones (almost fall off in your hand), but a nice little tubful picked first thing and eaten for breakfast at work
