I am ashamed to say Spring Hero is the only F1 variety of anything I grow.
Its fairly unique as its a ball headed spring cabbage rather than the more normal pointy versions. It grows well in my soil and I rate it highly.
In my defence................If I could find a similar non-F1 ball headed spring cabbage I would certainly give it a try though!
I may have to try de-F1-ing it by keeping seed and see if I can breed one myself!
