I had a bit of a tot up and I'm too embarrassed to say. I don't even know how I have got so many, although when I first got into chillies I bought the first ones I saw, then learned a bit more and bought some different ones, then read up about different types and ordered them, then got some given, then had some more given, then swapped for more...

Maybe I'll start a giveaway like Chris11.

Despite giving away loads of spare seeds, and not actually buying any for nearly 3 years, my seed collection is still growing

Once you get organised with seed saving, and know a few like-minded growers to swap and share seed with, you'll always have more than enough.

My total chilli/sweet pepper seed list is now up to 90

Chilli growers are generally the most generous and supportive people to each other, and it's good to be a part of that

Trying to isolate seed from Chris11 challenge- Just so that I'll be able to grow anything that I enjoy - quite a few have pods. If successful are there any in the group you would like fresh seed stock from?

Impressive collection. Do you grow 1 or 2 plants for each?

I've grown 2 or in some cases 3 plants of each and its getting out of hand. Too many plants - can't appreciate the chilli for the forest. Perhaps new strategy next year is called for. 2 seeds for each & pot up the strongest.

7 varieties I'm growing 2 to 4 of each
Jalapeño I'm growing 15 ( not a miss print )
1 of each for everything else
