Did a quick search and found Victoriana Garden. They have an extensive list of herbs.
List both Chocolate and Pineapple mint plants.

There’s Chocolate Mint somewhere in the garden here. Brought down with us when we moved here last year.
Sometimes you just have to scratch that itch and get dirt under your finger nails.

Don't think seeds are available. Mint is usually propagated from cuttings.
If Jekka's Herbs don't sell the seeds, nobody will!

A while ago Beckfield Nurseries did a pack of mint plants, I think if you asked they would do different varieties in the pack ie chocolate, pineapple etc.
I got a pack. I have managed to kill most by now but the chocolate one escaped the pot and is gone wild.

In Surrey Street Market in Croydon there's a stall which later in the year sells 9cm pots of herbs for £1, which includes various mints.

Might be worth checking your local markets. Far cheaper than garden centres.
