Tomatoes because they're a fruit not a veg.
I've changed my mind - my two veg are potatoes and leeks

because Tromboncino squash & Bijou MT are fruits too.

Parts of plants containing seeds are Fruits - sorry Gp, you may have to rephrase your question

The latter would be good ( although you dont state why.)
The former , unfortunately do not class as 2 veg.

Are you sure potatoes are veg? Aren't they the same family as tomatoes?

I have carrots because they are my favourite veg and potatoes because I can't buy most of the varieties I like in the shops (and if I can they don't taste as nice).

Courgettes just because they're such amazing looking plants, and so productive.... and because the fruits (yes, fruits!!) are so versatile in the kitchen.
Kale because the season is so long, there's always something to eat from the plot if you grow kale.

Good answer Snadge , but was hoping for a bit more 'Specific' like .:
You could have a plot full of different species of Greens and leeks ,Onions,Garlic etc .
                                The question was...which 2 ..??
