What veg. to grow in a flower garden

The trailing begonias and trailing geraniums will be filling the front of the bed, as for basil I have never had any success growing it in the open garden, possibly too cold/wet for growing outside

Same here rary I can't grow basil outside.
Hyssop has very pretty flowers on it and you can get blue, white & pink.
