Surplus produce

Household of seven adults here. What surplus? I give garlic away but this year I might liquidise it in olive oil and freeze it. Later in the season it tends to sprout.
I have a freezer in the garage for soft fruit and tomatoes. They didn’t last all year but I’ve young bushes so maybe this year or next I’ll have enough.
Also bags of leaves spinach, kale etc for smoothies frozen it still buying a lot of these. Hoping eventually to need a bigger freezer. If my children ever leave home I would imagine I’ll still supply them if they are close enough.

I sold a few spare plants last night - made enough for another bag of compost, so well chuffed with that.
