My guess would be that the plants are starting to get a bit hungry - they are in quite small pots. Maybe give them a feed to prevent further discolouration (but don't expect the affected leaves to recover).A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. Fully agree with Penellype, the main first thing is to get them potted on in to larger pots.
Not sure what's caused the spotting on the leaves, but it doesn't look serious and the plants should grow on fine. They also look a bit drawn up, which is likely to be a sign that they'd be better somewhere with more direct sunlight

Reduce relative humidity(RH)/improve circulation. Small fan lightly blowing will help alleviate the issue and also strengthen the stems to your plants.
