Beetroot based fertiliser?

Has anyone ever heard of this? A friend told me he read something online about a beetroot based fertiliser but can't find the link. I've done some research myself and can't find it, so I was wondering if anyone heard something like it, and what is it used for.

Ive never heard of a beetroot based fertiliser but there could be a new one although there’s nothing online. Maxi crop natural organic fertilisers include plant extracts maybe that has something to do with the beetroot plant?
