A carrot plant flowering!

Just one in the middle has started flowering. Has it bolted? The other foliage are not as tall and are not flowering. Not quite sure what to do. Any advice appreciated

Pull it up and bin it - you can eat the carrot if there's any to eat though

Leave it to flower - let the insects enjoy it. If it's not F1 you may even be rewarded with seeds...
