Feeding tomato plants

I can’t believe I don’t know the answer to this question, seeing as this is my fifth year of growing tomatoes, but what can I feed my plants before they start to form buds?

I like to feed high nitrogen for green growth I use Miracle Grow followed by high potash I use Tomorite when the fruit has set.

I add Epson Salts too to help with calcium deficiency.

I use blood fish and bone which give a mix of nitrogen and others. I try not to feed them too well before flowers are visible as nitrogen feed will delay the creation of flowers.

Epson salts dont contain calcium nor would it aid in metabolism of calcium directly.

Epsom salts (hydrated magnesium sulphate) are often recommended for tomatoes, which are prone to magnesium deficiency.
