Support for bush toms

I transplanted my Garden Pearl into a tomato growbag and stuck that on my SFG (takes up three squares). As typical for a bush plant, it's flopping over into other squares now.

Unlike my cordon toms, I can't use a single cane as each plant has about three stems spreading outwards. I realise Garden Pearl would have been better in hanging baskets or similar.

What can I use to support the plants?

Can you drive 4 bamboo canes into the ground and put string around them.

How many plants are in the growbag? If you don't mind me saying. seems a bit odd to put a growbag on an SFG bed?

Another with the many canes and string. Also A year or two back I bought into the probiotic yogurt drinks fad (I know, I have slapped myself about since) and have saved the empty plastic pots. They sit nicely oner the end of the canes, the intention being to save me taking my eye out when picking enthusiasticly. Anything similar would help, ping pong balls etc.

I stupidly took off all the side shoots on my Roma tomato plant and it's only 2ft tall with only a handful of flowers!

I used canes and lots of string but I've seen cages what would be easier they were mostly on America sites.

Thanks all. Cane and string - I have enough of each. Annoyingly I bought tomato supports last year (I thought I'd need them for cordon toms) and ended up using them this year to support my peas.

Worried about blight affecting the rest of the soil.

Blight survives on living material (like the tubers of potatoes) not on the soil.

If they’re taking too much space you could cut the end of the grow bag & slide the end plant out put it in a hanging basket,then fold the bag over & tuck it under? Then take the next one out if you wanted,depends how big the plants are & what you think about it all.
