Leeks - To thin or not to thin?

Should I thin these out or leave them until they are ready to plant out?

difficult to tell the size of them but id say theyd be happy there for a while yet, but equally happy in the ground , fences ey

Look good to me, as everyone else has said. Mine are in a mushroom carton much closer than yours. When I figure out how to post pics I'll show you

I wouldn't move them for a while yet. They look so delicate I wouldn't dare touch them lol

Yup, I'd leave them until they are a bit bigger as well. No rush. It used to be that leeks were planted out after the early tatties were lifted.

Wait until about 9 - 12 inches tall then plant out Probably going to do ours at the weekend.
