  • seed potatoes have berries below the green shoots

Hi - I am hoping there is a potato expert who can advise if it is worth sewing these seed potatoes that have been sitting on the windowsill overlong. They have chitted with short green shoots - but below the shoot they have made what I believe are called berries. Also they are very slightly soft. I don't want to waste my time if they are past it. Thanks in advance.

They are trying desperately hard to make potatoes. They should grow ok if you plant them as there are plenty of green shoots.
