Thats a brilliant idea - now where do I have wall space?

Thanks for the reply. What’s that green thing inside it? Did you just drill holes into the sides at the top?

The Green thing is a Grow bag ring, just fits the rim of MFB and drill holes through both ring and bucket rim for chains.
makes it a lot stronger to carry the extra weight of compost.
Good luck with it, keep us posted.

You can also get them at AFB, not wishing to have a favourite supermarket and all....
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

Thanks VC, that is useful for me to decipher some previously read threads. Imagination ran riot on some abbreviations.

^^^^^^^ If you talk nicely to the Lady on cut flowers in Morries' she might find a few Extra Deep ones for you...they hold about 15Ltrs of compost, I put 3 x 8mm drain holes in the bottom with the soldering iron.
With the extra compost they hold moisture so much better if that helps.

I have ordinary baskets but don't buy the liners. I use old compost bags cut to size, black side out.
                              Much cheaper !
