I grow and eat mooli, but have never cooked it , use it in kimchi or shaved paper thin and eaten raw in salads

A local curry house uses it in vegetable curries, really nice too.

        Mooli, radish I think.
I had a recipe for a curry side dish, grated mooli and mustard seeds.
Will try and dig it out as it was good.

Mooli ka paratha (fried bread stuffed with grated mooli) : https://www.vegrecipesofindia.com/mo...aratha-recipe/

My mum's recipe has grated mooli, grated ginger, chopped green chillies and salt.

Mooli ka saag (mooli leaves): Fry cumin seeds, chopped onions, chopped garlic, and a green chilli in mustard oil. Add Mooli leaves, spinach leaves, and chopped mooli and cook. Salt for seasoning.
