Thanks for all the suggestions. Some I have to discount as I usually have around 30-40 plants so the quadgrow types would be too expensive. I also have no outside water taps therefore it has to be a watering can type fill system.
I'm leaning towards the big or little Drippa systems. I went away Friday to Sunday morning and came back to droopy toms and beans despite a thorough watering Friday morning which is far from ideal.
I thing a small test with some little drippas is the first step and than if they work buy some more.

PS. I'll get some halos but not until next year as they seem a better way of getting enough water to the plants in pots.
