A few chili problems I've noticed over the years, I was hoping people could shed some light?

First one - fully formed fruit, looks like something is gnawing at the stalk & eventually the fruit falls

Once, I saw this.....

(photo won't upload, a bluey green maggot crawling over the downed fruit)

3rd picture, a hole bored in to plant stem just where the stem splits.

not that I saw, I was a bit yucked out so didn't look too closely!

The photo of the maggot made my skin crawl, good luck googling it, I didn't even know peppers could get maggots
I'm sure we've all eaten a few in various fruits and veg without knowing it, healthy protein and all that good stuff

Looks caterpillary to me too.
The maggots are whitish with a black head or it could be tail as I didn't look too closely.

That's what I thought but if it doesn't have leg like appendages then it cant be a caterpillar or grub. Of course it could be that the caterpillar photo'd isn't the one that came out the pepper and there's more problems.
