There have been 2 outbreaks of EFB in our vicinity, 1 in Ashley and 1 at Dunham Massey (in the NT bee project that Pat and Colin (our felllow beekeepers on the allotment) help out at).
We've got the regional bee inspector coming tomorrow morning to ensure that our bees are healthy, although we did a very thorough inspection of all 7 hives and 5 nucs today, and there were no signs of EFB or any other health problems, so hopefully we'll be given an all clear tomorrow!
