Solitary bee nesting seasons?

Hi all

Hoping someone here can help. I need to repoint a wall, which is used by various solitary bees for nesting. I don't want to seal in the bees, nor their unborn young(!). What time of year are they least likely to be nesting? (And warm enough for cement to set!)

There are many different solitary bees, the ones you have are mason bees:
