I have five hive and thanksfully they all came through the winter. Its still too cold locally to even think about inspections but they have all been fed a slab of fondant as stores are now low. I should imagine with the mild weather they are all on brood now. How much is yet to be seen but with a mild winter I imagine I will be undertaking swarm control from April onwards.
