A future beekeeper perhaps?

Is there anyone out here in Spain that can offer me advice on where to get some practical advice on bee keeping please. We have lots of almond and other fruit trees around us and lots of mountain herbs and plants. I would love to be able to produce honey with their help.

If you can find yourself a local hobbyist (rather than commercial) bee mentor, that would be good.

Edited to add: These people run courses near Gandia (I think), but they're quite pricey:
