Anyone got an idea what this bird may be?

Dear All
I am at a loss as to what this bird is[ATTACH=CONFIG]85480
It is about sparrow size or a little smaller.
There are 2 of them and they appear to be living in a holly tree.
They are only interested in the fat balls.
Any questions, please ask.
I do have some more phots, but I need to go through them.
I did think it was a juvenile Black Cap, but not sure as the 2 seem to be an item.

Not sure from that image, it has the look of the Blackcap, but last years young should have moulted and be adult colour now

Defo Mrs Blackcap, had one nesting in the ivy at our old house. Had never seen one that close before, but RSPB say they're a lot more common than you think.

It's a female Blackcap They used to be a migratory species but more and more seem to overwinter now. Female has a ginger cap and the male a black one....lovely birds and their song is GORGEOUS!

Spotted the male a couple of days ago, chasing a female.
I used to do that, then I caught them and couldn't remember what to do----so I gave up!
