Here is a thought to ponder on when i was a little kid ( i am a big one now ) i was taught that squirrels hibernated in the winter has any body not told these Red Squirrels that they are supposed to hibernate mind you it do's give Spot my mate in the corner lots of exersize chasing the pesky grey one's of my bird table and for the people that worry about animal cruelty border collies are rounder uppers not hunters i have seen him running along side rabbits trying to turn them back to me so not all dogs are Killers jacob

The only things wot hibernate are Doormice, Bats and Hedgehogs Jacob. It's a falas ... Fales ... load of crap about squirrels

Only managing to look at this as weekends, cos its too dark when i get home in the week.

I have never seen any activity there. and the nuts are gone again. Being a busybody, I have emailed and asked someone to fill up the birdfeeder for us. Fingers crossed !

Good for you Two Sheds. We looked yesterday and found the site was nut-free. Not very good advert for the RSPB if they can't fill their own nut feeders!
