I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

Its too dark when i get home, but did just look on the live feed from the forest and I think its windy, and there is a little dot of light in the distance.
Wow! seasprout what an odd place to see a bearded tit. Are you sure it wasn't a long-tailed tit? I've just looked at the RSPB bird ID and it says you only find Beardies in reedbeds?

Not quite as odd, I think I saw a tree creeper.
Well i'm about 60% sure it was, i used my RSPB bird book last week during the Bird count to make sure i get my tits right, (don't snigger) and was reading about Bearded tits, and looking at the pictures wistfully, i was also given a copy of the latest RSPB members mag to read in the week and if i'm right there is a fantastic photo of one.
Finally i get Long Tailed Tits at work, they hammer away at my fat balls (again, don't snigger) quite close up.
The very first time I clicked on the webcam link I saw a crested tit - but not since. They look very groovy with their punky 'hairstyle' would love to see one in real life!
