I have noticed 'excrement' on my veg patch and am wondering to whom it belongs: friend or foe.
The poo is right at the boundary of the garden, right next to where I imagine the animal comes in (there's a stile there, but we've let the hedge grow up to close the gap for people, but obviously not other creatures.) I first noticed it a good couple of months back and when I went up to look at the rhubarb yesterday, I noticed more of it, in a dug out hole.
Without wishing to go into great detail, the droppings are NOT solid, but are contained to one 'pile' rather than scattered. The colour is a cross between a young babies nappy and a cow pat!
On that note... any ideas? I haven't noticed any other activity within the garden outside of the norm.
