Squirrels eating all my nuts!

The squirrel bit was a hypothesis but I can't find any hazelnuts in my local park that had loads last yr.

Anyone else got vanishing nuts?

I have hazel trees in the garden and at this time of year the squirrels raid the trees and steal the nuts. Their other annoying habit is to sit in the plum trees picking the fruit. They will take just one or two bites then drop the plum before picking another. The lawn is then coverred in spoiled fruit.

They might be cute but squirrels are true garden vandals!
