"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple
Red admiral today, there was two on the buddleia a minute ago,one flew away, probably don’t go far,I saw this one the other day,I don’t know if it’s definitely the same one but it seems local, maybe born amongst my weeds I mean wild flowers
One of the caterpillars I’ve found on my GH tomato plants.
The bright line brown eye caterpillar, very destructive, check peppers too,you may find one inside the pepper,a few years ago I’d left a pepper for a while in the kitchen,I went to prepare it & there was a moth there when I cut it,I caught it straight away
Jane it doesn’t take them long to munch through those tomato leaves does it. I’ve been out again this afternoon and snipped of a few more damaged leaves.
