  • QW, MrPots agrees with it being a Great Tit, he says they're greener with a more defined cap than a Blue tit.

      • No photo from me I’m afraid but we spotted a great egret yesterday in a field nearby. ( looks like a smaller white heron )

        • Brandling worms were having such a good time that they were falling out of a wheelbarrow full of horse output while I was doing a squash bed.

                            • No photo yet but my parents found a hedgehog sleeping on a rug on top of the lawnmower in the garage. Contacted the sspca and they are going to collect it. Not a great position and lots of cars around there and they need to be able to shut the garage at night. Am hoping they don’t collect today as visiting them tomorrow and want to see it.

                              • The gold finches are now coming to the feeder one at a time. That means that there must be eggs to tend to.
