On the walk this morning there was lovely red squirrel with a blonde bushy end to its tail. Just sat watching us before scampering off.
Then a bird kept flying near and landed on the footpath.

Yes, a vapourer. I had some on my raspberry leaves last year. it belongs to the tussock moth family ('cos they all have tussocks on their backs), which I think is a much prettier name.Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
