        I told you - the birds farm them.
        I live in a part of the UK with very mild winters. Please take this into account before thinking "if he is sowing those now...."

          Here is a patch next to our Zen garden of raked gravel and stones. Due for weeding now but will probably just pull out the grass and leave the strawberries. .
