larvae/maggot identification?

Could anyone point out a good website for identifying a larvae or maggot I found today please. It was on my loganberry, it had pulled a leaf into a tight bed circle and was living there, looked like a brown maggot with a tiny black head.

If the leaf looks stuck together it could be a tortrix moth lavae
