Bees in our birds nest!

We have just found a bees nest in our bird house
There is lnly one small(tiny) bee nesting in the hay and feathers of the nest, what i can see but i have often seen the mum(supposably)flying in and out.

Is that how bees work?

Nests? Mum bees? Do they think they're blackbirds?

Our nesting box is shared between blue tits and bees. When the blue tits have moved out, the bees move in. Same every year.

Hmmmmm i don't know,we now think it may just be a queen be making her nest.....
