    Following on from the frog thread, i wondered if lizards eat slugs too. I saw a slug (grrr) down the hole one of the stems of my potatoes was growing out of, so got a trowel (plastic one) to dig it out. Once I got it out, I found there was a lizard down there too (hope I didn't hurt it)..could it have been after the slug or were they just roomies?

      Yes if they are small slugs they also like small insect or worms.

        We have loads of lizards here, including some huge green chaps with blue cheeks. They will eat the caterpillars but don't seem to eat the slugs. Thankfully it is pretty much too warm and dry for the slugs now..... (touch wood)
