Some from the last few days, the Robin and the Blue Tit were taken at Symonds Yat and the Pied Wagtails were mayfly hunting at "Hole-in-the Wall" on the River Wye

Couple from the garden this week, songthrush thats been driving me dappy with his non stop singing all day starting at 05.30 and still going on past 21.00, the other is a scorpion fly

Here is a Carabus nemoralis (according to TEB! ) that I found yesterday whilst weeding.

Inspired by Sheik Yerboutti's post about nettles, I went out with my camera looking for caterpillars and saw these two "at it". Not quite sure if it's right but it clearly shows the difference between the two different ladybirds. The third picture shows them after they've been to Specsavers

I haven't seen so many in one place before - there were at least 10 on my (slightly overgrown) redcurrant bush.

This Lady house spider was big and even made me jump, look's like she's full of egg's?

We have a house sparrow nest, with chicks, at the side of the house and the parents often sit on top of the feeding station waiting to get in to feed the chicks a tasty morsel.
